Special Event Rental

Cancellation Policy

To reserve a photo booth for your event, please review the following booking terms: 1. Reservation & Deposit
 A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event. 2. Payment Methods
 We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, Venmo, and bank transfer. 3. Cancellations & Refunds 
Cancellations made 21 days or more before the event are eligible for a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations made within 21 days of the event are non-refundable. 4. Rescheduling
 You may reschedule your booking once, at no extra charge, if notice is given at least 14 days in advance and the new date is available. 5. Setup & Breakdown
 Our team will arrive 1 hour prior to your scheduled rental time for setup. Breakdown begins immediately after your rental period ends. 6. Venue Requirements
 We require: * A flat, sheltered space (indoor or shaded outdoor area) * Access to a standard power outlet within 25 feet *Access to venue's Wi-Fi * Parking/access for unloading equipment 7. Overtime 
Extra time can be added at $150 per additional hour, subject to availability.
